Water meters were introduced in Samoa by 2003 to help our customers conserve water and improve the Authority’s billing system and debt collection.
The Authority will estimate your water bill if there is a meter issue including access to your meter.
The Authority will apply penalty fee or charges where we find tempering or illegal connections.
Responding to within the timeframes to issues reported and general complaints.
Notifying our customers of interruptions to water services and addressing these in a timely manner.
BILLING DISPUTES, CORRECTIONS & ARRANGEMENTS
The Authority offers a free survey to any bill dispute to check if there are any non-visible or neglected water leaks within households and lands that could have caused high bill.
We do advise that every family are to check their leaks and have it fixed. Reporting back to the Authority is very important so that the Billing Division can have an assessment done on the account.
