Samoa’s Prime Minister, Laaulialemalietoa Leuatea Polataivao Fosi Schmidt welcomed the new incoming Resident Representative of the JICA Samoa Office, Mr. Shigeki Furuta accompanied by the outgoing Resident Representative, Ms. Yumiko Asakuma.

Mr. Shigeki Furuta takes over from Ms Yumiko Asakuma who will depart Samoa this week after completing her tenure in Samoa.
